QUALIFICATIONS


Perfect, English is my mother tongue
I understand most things but sometimes need people to speak slower
I don't speak very well at the moment but I'm improving all the time



RESPONDING TO CIRCUMSTANCES


Call the customer and blame the traffic
Call the customer and say the last job over ran
Call the customer and blame a colleague
Call the customer and apologise, it's your fault
Don't call and get there as soon as you can

Respond angrily and tell them how they are wrong
